While a family member is going through a time of serious illness or an extended stay in the hospital, the last thing on the other family members' minds is preparing or even thinking about eating good meals. This is the time that Cypress steps in and provides food for the folks affected by these stressful situations.
We are always looking for more people to help with this vital ministry. If this is something you might be interested in doing, click here. Remember, these meals can be home-cooked, or you can purchase items from various carryout services
The coordinator will contact you and ask that you deliver a meal to the family (we try to stay within the same zip code so you are never asked to travel too far). Please keep in mind that the participants are called upon an average of once every two months.
